This is a private reference site, not a government office. It cannot confirm custody, release a person, post bond, or retrieve an official booking record. Contact the office responsible for the record directly.
Custody and Records Offices
For a Rogers County detention or booking-record question, begin with the agency that maintains the record. The Sheriff’s main office is also the contact route published for the Amos G. Ward Detention Center and the Records Division.

For a county public-record request, the Rogers County form routes requests to County Clerk Jeanne M. Heidlage at 200 S Lynn Riggs Boulevard, Claremore, OK 74017; email rocoorr@rogerscounty.org; fax (918) 923-4498. The form says fees may apply. Ask the custodian about any current fee and the record location.
Which Office Handles the Question
Use the channel that matches the custody stage or record type.
- For current county custody or a very recent release, start with the separately labeled official roster routes described on the home page.
- For an existing booking or incident record, contact Sheriff Records or submit the county public-record request with identifying details.
- For a warrant or court-cost question, contact the Rogers County Court Clerk at (918) 923-4961 rather than assuming a roster result answers it.
- For a person in Oklahoma state custody after sentencing or transfer, use the official ODOC offender lookup.
- For federal Bureau of Prisons or immigration-detention questions, use the appropriate BOP or ICE locator, which have separate custody scopes.
The sheriff’s roster and a court docket answer different questions. A booking entry is not a final court result, and a later docket does not establish current detention.
